If rape is 15,consent 16,should a 23 yr old man be charged with a 15.8 girl?

Iam a 16 year old rape victim who needs help.The state att. in orange county fl dropped my charges I filed on my rapist because I was so close to being 16.I was 15 at the time.The law in fl is rape is 15 consent is 16.He confessed on tape to the Orange county police dep.The state att. dropped my charges on 4/11/08 without notifying me.Hes been in jail since 11/20/07 for burgerly.He was trying to get money to flee because the cops were looking for him,on my case.The state thinks it would be better to get him on those charges then on rape.What if he gets out?
Hes gonna kill me for putting him in jail for what he did to me.His family will kill me.Im tired of living in fear.
I need some ones help. Thats all iam asking for is some support and help.Please if your a teen,or a parent,or anyone.Please.
