Consent

I guess what she's saying is she was too young to give consent for sex, which makes the act rape. However, in her video she says she asked him to stop and he drugged her. So, how is she supposed to have been able to give him consent because she was "almost 16" yet was drugged and asked him to stop?

I'm also a bit thrown off because her page on myspace speaks of ICLERK.COM and that site is an online marketplace vendor site. Is this a joke then?
